Hello, I'm Anke, and I'm thrilled to share my journey and passion for yoga with you!
From a young age, movement and the body have been central to my life. As a dedicated dancer, I discovered the beauty of expressing emotions and connecting with my physical being through graceful movements. Little did I know that this lifelong love for movement would eventually lead me to the transformative practice of yoga.
During a challenging period in my life, I sought solace and a deeper understanding of myself. That's when I stumbled upon yoga—an extraordinary path that would forever change my life. Yoga became my sanctuary, providing a space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. It allowed me to reconnect with my body, mind, and spirit, guiding me towards inner peace and a renewed sense of purpose.
In 2022, I made a bold decision to embark on a soul-searching journey through travel. As I explored new places and cultures, I discovered an even deeper connection with myself, my needs, and my desires. It was during this transformative period that I realized my calling to share the profound benefits of yoga with others.
To deepen my understanding and expand my knowledge, I pursued my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in the pictures Byron Bay. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, I immersed myself in the teachings of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and the art of mindful movement. This experience not only enriched my practice but also equipped me with the tools to guide and support others on their own paths of yoga.
Through my teaching, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their bodies, minds, and spirits. I believe that yoga is a journey of growth and empowerment. With a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and cultivating presence, I invite my students to embrace the transformative power of yoga and discover their inner strength and authenticity.
